Refund Policy for Training Program
As soon as you reserve your training seat and pay the deposit, we issue you a user name and a password to our website’s protected area, where you have an access to our training materials and can watch training videos. Due to the fact that all training materials make up half of the training fee, there will be no complete refunds once a user name and password have been issued.
Our refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the training class, a refund of 75% of your fee will be issued. Deposit is non-refundable.
- If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the training, a refund of 50% of your fee will be issued.
- If you do not cancel your training class and do not show up, there will be no refund.
- If you are unable to come to the class on a specific date and would like to reschedule, there will be a $100 fee.
- All products must be returned in original packaging before refunds will be made.
